Former gubernatorial candidate Peter Camejo,
other statewide office candidates to speak
at 'Los Angles Political Forum' Saturday

LOS ANGELES - Former gubernatorial and vice-presidential candidate Peter
Camejo will join other statewide candidates from Los Angeles and throughout
the California at a Los Angeles "Political Forum" SATURDAY (Feb. 18) at 2
p.m. at Bethel AME Church, (7900 S. Western Ave, near the corner of
Manchester).

A NEWS CONFERENCE will be held at 1 p.m. SATURDAY at the same location.

Camejo will participate in the news briefing along with several Los Angeles
candidates (Donna Warren, Lt. Governor and Sarah Knopp, Supt. of Public
Instruction)  and other statewide office candidates- including a former
Ralph Nader operative running for U.S. Senate and another Nader worker
running for Secretary of State.

Also scheduled to speak are "Save Tookie" co-author Barbara Becnel, and
Nativo Lopez of Mexican American Political Association.

The topic of the Political Forum will be: "Schwarzenegger, the war, and the
death penalty
must go!"
